At any point, if you are unhappy with our service, please write to us to discuss for a refund. Just how each business is a little different from the other, each case of refund is unique for us. Some basic rules for refund are as follows:
- We do not offer refunds to those on a monthly payment plan. You can cancel your account anytime with us with the current month being your last month of service.
- Customers on annual plans can apply for a refund based on the months of service remaining.
- Based on the services you have availed, your refund might have deductions for government fees, taxes, and administrative costs.
